No, we do not accept payment plans at the moment. But rest assured we are working towards that!

Crystals
Are your crystals real?
Yes, all our crystals are natural - not man made! We take pride in sourcing for natural crystals so you can shop with a peace of mind.
Why do the colours look slightly different in real life?
We try our best to take photos or videos of the items to reflect the true and most accurate colour of the crystals. However, the lighting and the viewing device use can also affect the colour reflected on screen so it is normal to have slight variations in colour.
How to cleanse/ charge the crystals?
As not all crystals work well with water, we recommend cleansing them with sage or palo santo, alternatively you may also use a selenite or singing bowl.
Can the crystals come in contact with water?
Most crystals are fine when come into contact with water. However, there are some crystals that do not react well with water. If you do accidentally spill water or soak the crystal in water, quickly dry with a cloth. It is important that you do your research before purchasing any crystals.
Handmade Craft
There are some imperfections. Is it a faulty/ damaged item?
Most, if not all, the crafted items are handmade hence it is normal to have some slight imperfections. But it should not affect the overall aesthetic of the product.
Do you take custom orders?

How long is the waiting time for custom orders?
It depends! It usually ranges from 3 to 7 working days.
