Shipping 

Local: 

• Free shipping for orders over $100.
• For orders below $100: Shipping fee is at a flat rate of $5 per shipment.
• Delivery will take up to 3 working days upon pick up by the logistic company. 
• Do DM us on instagram @shopchonki if you wish to keep an open box. 

International: 

• Please send us your orders via DM on instagram @shopchonki.
• Shipping fee will be dependent on the weight of the parcel
• We will send the tracking number to you within 3 working days.
• Delivery duration may take up to 3 weeks depending on the country as well as the customs of your country. 

Returns/ Refunds/ Exchange

• All purchases made are final and there will strictly be no exchanges, refunds or returns. 
• All items will be checked and packed carefully before dispatch. Shop Chonki will not be liable for any damages that may happen during delivery. However, should there be any incidences, do drop us a DM on instagram @shopchonki and we will be glad to help. 
• Should the package come damaged, it is advisable to take videos or photos before opening, as well as the contents upon opening. 
• By purchasing from Shop Chonki, it is deemed that the customer understands that there will be slight variations in colour due to the lighting or screen display.
